AI Start India is a collection of tiny tools – not a big software. Each page is a “builder” that turns a few fields into a powerful AI prompt you can paste into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and others.
No login, no credit card, no lock-in. Just fast prompt helpers for real sales work: finding leads, writing follow-ups, practicing sales calls and unblocking stuck deals.

Why “AI Start India”?
Most AI content online is written for US/Europe. But Indian sales teams sell in a mix of English, Hinglish and local languages, with different expectations, deal sizes and buying committees.
This project experiments with prompts that respect that reality: Indian founders selling to GCC, SDRs writing follow-ups on WhatsApp, real estate teams reviving portal leads, manufacturing companies re-activating distributors, and more.
Whenever possible, the examples mention Indian cities, ticket sizes, job titles and local behaviour so you can plug them into your own work quickly.
How this project started (and where it’s going)
It started as a personal cheat sheet.
The first version of AI Start India was just a few HTML pages to avoid rewriting the same prompts again and again. Over time, it became a mini “Sales OS” with:
- B2B & B2C lead prompt builders
- A CRM note + reply generator
- A role-play simulator for tough calls
- Deal Doctor for stuck opportunities
What’s next
As more people use it, the plan is to keep adding:
- More industry-specific swipe files
- Mini courses & checklists on using AI for sales
- Examples from real Indian conversations (anonymised)
